I am not receiving emails sent by your web site

If you are experiencing problems receiving email messages from any of our web sites, please first check that the email has not been incorrectly marked as spam and been placed in your spam or junk email folder. If this has happened, please mark this message as "not spam" and add the email address from which it was sent to your address book or safe-senders list. For more details, please consult your email provider's documentation.

If you cannot find the email in your spam or junk email folder, it may have been blocked or marked as spam by your service provider before reaching your inbox. This can happen if your service provider has recently made a change or upgraded their security systems. Please contact your service provider for further assistance and to request that they whitelist our email address(es) on their system.

Please also ensure that the email address you entered on our web site is correct. If you still do not receive emails, we recommend that you create a free web-based email account (such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail) to use as a temporary workaround whilst the issue is resolved.
